Beside-U Return Policy
Need to return an item?
We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. You are responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. If you have been provided a return shipping label, you do not need to track the package.
Once we receive your handbag, please allow 10~15 business days for us to process your return.
Making a return:
- Contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number. The order number can be found on your shipping invoice or your online invoice.
- Once the refund request has been approved, please include the original packaging material, shipping invoice, and hangtags attached with the bag.
- We recommend you ship using a service that will let you track your package. If you receive a return shipping label in event of a special promotion, please use the label to return the item.
If you would like to exchange your handbag for a different color or style, return the original item and then make a separate purchase
for the new item.
If your handbag was damaged during the initial shipment, contact us via email at email@example.com. In the email, please provide
images of the product damage, your order number and item number.
Beside-U reserves the right to approve all returns. If the refund request does not comply with the return policy, Beside-U has the right
to refuse the refund request.
